Our story
MTS & Care SRL was established in 2017 as an operating company within the ISD Italy group, with a clear mission: to deliver expertise, reliability and innovation in multi-vendor technical support and enterprise AI solutions.
A journey of growth
Our origins
MTS & Care was born from the entrepreneurial vision of Fabrizio Miluzzi, who founded the company to deliver specialised ICT services in automation technology — with a particular focus on ATM systems.
The core belief was clear: automation is not just a technology play — it is a tool that frees up time and resources, allowing people to focus on higher-value activities.
From that insight, a concrete business took shape. Not just another service vendor, but a hands-on operational partner — one that intervenes with competence, speed and accountability.
Over time, this vision evolved into a structured organisation. Capabilities deepened, processes matured, and new group entities were developed — all with one goal: to increase client value and the ability to address increasingly complex requirements.
Today, MTS & Care is the result of that journey: an organisation that combines technical expertise, entrepreneurial drive and a relentless focus on results.
Because ultimately, technology is just a means. The real value lies in what it enables people and businesses to achieve.
First clients and early growth
Operations kicked off in 2017, managing a fleet of approximately 1,200 NCR cash-in/cash-out ATM systems — primarily serving the cooperative banking network (BCC).
From the start, MTS & Care stood out for its ability to operate on critical, high-volume infrastructure — quickly building a solid track record in technical reliability.
In parallel, the company expanded its scope by supporting the deployment and management of technology solutions for tier-one organisations including Poste Italiane, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, UniCredit and Intesa Sanpaolo.
This trajectory enabled steady growth and a natural diversification into the retail and electronic payments market — with partnerships across major players such as Nexi, Agritel, Unicoop Firenze, Coop Alleanza 3.0 and Coop Tirreno.
Joining the ISD Italy Group / SESA
MTS & Care's entry into the ISD Italy group — part of the SESA Group — marked a strategic milestone in the company's growth.
The move was driven by the ambition to strengthen market positioning, broaden capabilities and gain access to a more structured technology ecosystem.
Being part of a nationally significant group enables:
- •Faster development of higher-value services
- •Access to specialist skills and an established network
- •Greater capacity to manage complex, large-scale projects
- •Increased competitiveness against major market players
At the same time, MTS & Care retains its operational identity and focus on service efficiency — actively contributing to the group's growth through technical expertise, flexibility and a strong results orientation.
The objective is clear: to evolve from a specialist operator into an increasingly structured technology partner — one that supports clients and organisations through digital transformation, backed by industrial strength, expertise and long-term vision.
Our vision for the future
ICT services evolve through a continuous cycle of improvement — a dynamic process that demands adaptability, constant upskilling and strategic vision.
In this context, organisations like MTS & Care play an active role: identifying and deploying technology solutions that make processes more efficient while maintaining service quality and continuity.
Evolving competencies and mastery of emerging technologies — including the EGI ecosystem — are key to delivering tangible results. System integration and advanced data analytics enable better resource utilisation, improved operational performance and higher quality standards.
We look to the future with a clear goal: to turn technology complexity into real business value — helping organisations become more efficient, responsive and results-driven.
What we believe in
“Technology is a strategic enabler, but it is the competence and commitment of people that makes the difference.”
“The future is not something you wait for — it is something you build.”
